Cancelling or changing your plan
How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Manage your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard.
Upgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated โ you'll only be charged for the remaining days in the current billing period.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, existing resources won't be deleted but you won't be able to add new ones.
Cancelling
Cancel from Billing โ Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, scheduled backup jobs are paused. Your data remains in your own storage โ we don't delete it.
If you cancel and re-subscribe within the same billing period, contact support to avoid being charged twice.
