1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VPS Snaps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VPS Snaps provides automated backup services for VPS servers, databases, and Docker containers. The Service connects to third-party providers and storage destinations on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API tokens, and SSH keys. You must not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to violate third-party terms of service, or to harm others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and Privacy

We do not store your backup data. Backup files are transferred directly to your storage destinations. We store metadata and credentials (encrypted). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss resulting from service interruptions. You should maintain your own redundant backups.

8. Limitation of Liability

VPS Snaps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends at the close of your billing period.
