Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of subscribing, contact us at support@vpssnaps.com for a full refund.

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to your plan features until the billing period ends.

Trial Period

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. If you add a payment method and upgrade, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the first payment date.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. We prorate the cost for the remainder of the billing period. Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
