After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to your plan features until the billing period ends.

The Free plan is free permanently, not a trial — it never requires a credit card and never expires. Paid plans don't include a trial period; the 14-day money-back guarantee above applies from your first payment date instead.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. We prorate the cost for the remainder of the billing period. Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
